Painting Class

150.00 per person

A painting class on Zoom. We can sit and paint and talk about our grief. I will send you all the materials to paint a peaceful picture. Price includes shipping and all the materials which include a canvas with an outline of the project, paint and brushes.

I am also looking into breathing exercises to help to create a calming environment.
